The annual Sx Tech Eu conference is returning for its fourth year running, and this edition is placing sectorial intersection and sexual inclusiveness at the top of the agenda. The event brings together many of the largest and most influential players in the sexual wellness and health industry. Highlights of the conference include discussion panels, talks, a product and brand expo, and a scintillating after party.
In our opinion, the developments and possibilities of the sextech industry are way more interesting and exciting than tech fields like fintech, blockchain or anything else. It’s a fascinating space that plays a key role in improving personal wellness and enhancing people’s sex lives.
Historically, as with a lot of tech and related fields, the sex tech industry was male dominated. Today, that domination has been upended and female-identifying people make up a more than sizable portion of the industry. The Sx Tech Eu conference is both a reflection and a proponent of this fact – an amazing 80% of all of the panelists and partners involved in the event identify as female.

There is a full program of inspiring talks happening throughout the day, including a panel on ‘Digitalization of sex communities’ aith Stephan Strehlow of JOY club, and Genevieve LeJeune of Skirt Club and a panel taking a look ‘Behind the scene of Adult Cinema’ with Paulita Pappel from Lustery, Angie Rowntree from SSSH.COM, and Anna Richards from FROLICME. Personally, we are very excited about Anna Lee from Lioness’ keynote, titled ‘Talk Data to Me! Things We’ve Learned from 100,000 Female Orgasm Datasets’.
On the 2nd floor of the conference there is an adult cinema program and an immersive entertainment area where you’ll be able to try out an interactive VR experience in a special dark room area. As if this wasn’t enough, there is a 3rd floor where art inspired by the world of fetish, kink and technology will be on display.
To wrap up the whole day, the Sx Tech After Party will be taking place at Fiese Remise, where DJs Lovatron and our own Jonny Tiernan are going to be taking control of the dancefloor.
You can get tickets for the conference via the SxTech website, and if you can’t make it in person there is a YouTube stream of the main stage available for virtual ticket holders.
