Launched in 2006, the Kindisch record label is celebrating the epic milestone of reaching its 100th release, and they’re doing what any self-respecting label does when they reach an epic milestone – they are throwing one hell of a party.
The ethos behind the label is admirable. While they are House at the core, the idea is to inject some fun back into the genre. They do this by dissolving the boundaries for their artists, and allow them creative freedom to be more playful and experimental with their output. It has put their tracks into the record boxes of luminaries such as Claude von Stroke, Jesse Rose and Derrick Carter.
